Due to the nature of artwork, certain items may be non-refundable or subject to specific conditions, as detailed below.
2. Eligible Items for Refunds or Returns
Refunds or returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

The item is lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by the carrier

The item received is significantly different from its description on the website

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

4. Commissions & Custom Artwork
For commissioned or custom artwork:

A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins

Once work has started, refunds are not available

If the commission is canceled before work begins, any refund will be issued minus administrative or processing fees

Minor revisions may be offered at the artist’s discretion, as outlined in the commission agreement

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement similar but not the same
